What makes me qualified to help your business?

The number reason why I am qualified to help you grow your business online can be summed up in one word - PASSION. I literally live and breath online marketing every day of the week. But there's many more reasons than just this.

I have made a long-term commitment to online success

About seven years ago I realised the amazing potential of the internet for doing business. So I set out to really learn and study what could be done online to successfully market a range of products and services.

My research involved thousands of hours and many thousands of dollars spent on various books, courses and services. A couple of things were obvious from my research.

bulletFirstly many people claimed to have the answers to helping you create a wildly successful web site. Some had good ideas but very few people could prove their methods worked.

Second many of the products offered were aimed at exploiting loop holes in search engine ranking processes. These loopholes are often closed very quickly and the products quickly become worthless.

Third amongst all the hype, bad information and good information a pattern emerged about the key aspects of online marketing success.

The keys to online success it took me years to learn

This pattern took me years to learn but I want to share the basic details with you to save you the frustration I experienced, not to mention time and money. In simple terms the things a successful internet business needs are:

  1. A good product/service that people will search for online.

  2. A product/service that provides great value for money to the customer - the benefits they get from it far outweigh the price they paid for it.

  3. A website that is well designed. This doesn't mean expensive it means the design looks clean and professional. The site must be easy to get around. Ordering should be easy. When someone visits your site for the first time it should be immediately obvious what your site is about.

  4. A process to capture customer details and a process to follow-up leads and convert them to sales.

  5. Customer friendly language on your site. Do not use industry jargon or acronyms.

  6. Useful content. This is critical to developing a relationship with potential customers and will also help you attract links and improve your search engine rankings.

  7. Automation. Every task that you do should be automated if at all possible. The internet offers a lot of tools to help you. Automation improves customer service, saves you time and allows you to focus on other important areas of your life such as family.

There are many more aspects of a successful site but if you really follow the ones above you will be way ahead of most businesses online.

When I help your business I treat it as mine

When I am helping you grow your online business I adopt a critical mindset that sets me apart from many other internet marketing consultants - I assume your business is my business.

What this means is that I don't just provide an off the shelf product. I'm not going to recommend banner advertising if I think you would be wasting your money. I won't start optimizing your site if the content needs reworking to increase your ability to convert leads to sales.

My recommendations are based on detailed research into your business, customers and competition. They are unique to your business. After all every business is different and yours deserves to be treated specially.

I get results with any budget

You do need to spend some time and money to grow your business successfully, but it needn't be a fortune. Great results come from spending your dollars to make more dollars and by following a carefully crafted individual marketing strategy. So provided your committed to working together with me and implementing my recommendations you will get results with your existing marketing budget.

On my home page I encouraged you to be sceptical before hiring someone to help market your business. I suggested you get answers to these questions. My answers are in bold.

  1. Do you guarantee your service? If so what specifically is your guarantee and how do I redeem it. I guarantee my strategy will work for your business. If you follow it as I recommend and for some reason it doesn't, I'll work with you at no charge until I find the strategy that does.
  2. What experience do you have in this area? I've covered this one earlier on this page.
